This will be interesting. Several governments have banded together to try to overturn the so-called "Community Renewal Act". Their objections sound like technicalities, but they may buy some time for a more concerted legal attack.

Senate President Jeff Atwater issued a statement saying he was reviewing the suit and has "great respect'' for local governments.
