Stock Market Impact on Real Estate

I'd be interested to hear from the Real Estate Brokers/Agents based on anecdotal evdence or just their gut feeling, has the stock market crash brought the activity (contracts pending and showings) to a virtual halt or just the same slow downward spiral. Also, what behavioral changes have you seen in the Sellers---not the buyers. Particularly, are they withdrawing listings, lowering asking prices, accepting lower than expected offers? Do you see corollary behavior patterns for buyers and sellers for ultra high-end (homes) expenditures as with retailers of general merchadise? Has the risk aversion mentality of the stock market increased in the real estate market?
