Hello! I am a professional girlie in my late 20's and am looking for a studio or one bedroom for rent on or near 30A. I work in Seagrove and would like to be closer to the beach. I am looking for a place as soon as possible. I would prefer something in the 350-550 range, but since I am from the area, I know this is a stretch. Let me know if you have anything available. I would consider renting a room if it was a smoke free, healthy and laid back environment. Thanks, Bri

Hi I have a "new" studio for rent in SeaCrest Beach on 30-A. it is across the street from the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. It also has 2 really really nice pools within the complex and hi speed internet service. Newly furnished-contemporary $790Mo. Jan, Feb, March, April. this is not currently on the market but i saw your ad. Let me know if you are interested. thank you! EC
