Sublease: $1050 3br/2ba Condo Santa Rosa Beach

We have a 3br/2ba that we are looking to sublease as we will be moving to our new home in Blue Mountain Beach. The condo is just north of 98 in Santa Rosa Beach. Very spacious first floor condo with laundry room (w/d provided), large master suite with very large walk-in closet. Pets are allowed with $250 pet deposit. Deposit of $1050 is required and lease is up with option of renewal at the end of February 2013. We are looking to have someone take over the condo by the last weekend in October.
