Fans with pictures of the different wineries in the valley would be nice. You could have some fans made up with the picture of your new project (the name of the house escapes me right now). Could bring a little of the south to the valley. :clap_1: Stay cool and take care of that hydrangea.

...looks like I am taking aim at my A/C company! Love the summer cut! It did rain here last night...thankfully, all OUTSIDE! Keep your fingers crossed we get a good report tomorrow and can proceed with rebuilding. At least those rooms will get a little update with paint and wallpaper.

Moisture reading at 10 am and hopefully super fans and dehumidifier will be gone, followed by contractor coming to see just what he needs to put this place back together. I am gearing up for the come to Jesus talk I will be having with my A/C company. Did I mention I am still smiling?

Uncross your digits! All's dry here! Machines are gone. Contractor and State Farm just left. Things are looking good. Hopefully, rebuiding will start late this week. Need to go find some new wallpaper for the bath! Just waiting on the electric bill, which will probably be in the four digits....not cool!

you'll need to extra $$ for the electic bill. Done and done.
