Hi Guys, I have a client that's looking to swap some property. If you're property is superior, he's able to put some cash in and vice versa but would like to do it as even as possible. He's looking to exchange 2 different land parcels for a condo, home, maybe even commercial building anywhere from sowal to Port St Joe:
1. First Tier Seacrest Beach Lot on Trigger Trail - He has just over $500K basis in it.
2. Gulffront and a first tier lot in Cape San Blas. Will get approx swap value and post.
