I'm looking for some one to take over the remaining 5 months of my lease, wanting to move in with my amazing boyfriend! 1/1 spacious carriage house with private balcony $750/mth all utilities included except cable/internet $33/mth addtional- split with Blue Fox 181 (check out her add on sowal to see the main house). Property located in Bay Magnolia- "subdivision in the woods" includes neighborhood dock on the bay. Pets welcome. Pictures coming soon! whats the address? I'm a lil confused as your friends add says "share a house". In other words, does the "carriage house" have its own kitchen & bath? Could I come see it? toddmcquillan2000@yahoo.com hit me up.

The carriage is a seperate lease from the main house. She needs a roomie and I'm looking for some one to take over the remaining 5 mths on my lease. I sent a reply to your profile with my phone #.

Let's get this straight:

*There is a carriage house for $750/mo., kitchen, bath, etc. which currently houses one girl in love with bf who is moving in with said bf.

*There is a house with 1) Blue Fox, and 2) a different roommate who is marrying a different bf. Blue Fox needs someone to live in the main house, too.

1 carriage house for 1 person, 1 house for 2 people, right?

(Sounds like Blue Fox was the sart one who didn't get tangled up with a man.)
 
No need to be mean on here ladies! Nothing wrong with moving in with your boyfriend... It's her first time on the boards so play nice!

I occupy you the main house. I am trying to find a roommate to take over 1/2 of the main house and share with me. Amber is trying to find someone to take over her lease- the carriage house is totally seperate from the main house. We just share the cable/internet bill.
 
You can drive by if you like, however I'm not there at the moment. If you are wanting to see the inside I can meet you there. The pic's on blue fox 181 shows a better view of the front of the house, which is kinda hard to see from the road.
