Tampa Suburbs?????

Hey Sowal! My brother and sister-in-law are moving to Tampa from Memphis due to a job transfer this summer. They have two daughters (5 & 10). They are looking for a safe, family friendly suburb with great schools. It needs to be close to Tampa International. His office will be in Tarpon Springs. Do you have any suggestions?
