On that corporately correct note, I'm going to pack it in for the day (way to much code-blowing, not enough fun). You & the rest of the otters enjoy the salt air!

Are you kidding? Texas Hold'em is my favorite. Next to Taboo, but that's a whole 'nother tangent...

Speaking of Holdem. Are there any card rooms close by? I played at the EBRO Greyhound track last time I was in town.

Gas is $3 a gallon up here in the city. I had a cabdriver tell me about how he can't send money back to his kids in a country I can't pronounce and thanks to about 4 deadly strong margaritas I gave him a $5 tip.

SUCKER! Got it tatooed on my forehead a couple years ago.

Have you run into a guy on the street named Liberty George? He sells Lady Liberty paper machie (?) masks....I bought THREE of them and signed his petition not to be deported!!!! This was 3 months after 9-11 and I still have his photo up on the bulletin board!

Awww! You are too sweet! Thank you!

I haven't seen a guy named Liberty George. I just moved up in January of 02. I wonder if he got deported. From the looks of it nobody gets deported from NYC!

I did get into the cab of a "matchmaking cabbie". There was actually a segment about him on the Today Show and a write up in the NY Times. He took my number, birthday and text messaged me on my birthday. He never found me a man...but people who he has set up have gotten married. It was nuts. It was after a really bad day and this cabbie just lit up the day!
