dd, i feel your pain - i guess i had a better weekend than you, didn't accomplish a darned thing. did get a hug AND a kiss from my nephew, usually you get one or the other but not both . so far it hasn't rained too much here although looks like a storm is headed our way shortly.

i hope your day has improved - sometimes it helps just to vent, don't it !

my hubby would definitely miss me - i'm the only one who can find his wallet in the mornings !

yeah, it does help to vent.
and, mr. dd would miss me too--to help him find his glasses on top of his head! :biggrin:
 
mr audie would really notice at bedtime when i wasn't hogging the whole bed and he wasn't sleeping on about 6 inches of mattress. :rolling:

what can i say - i like my room ! poor mr audie is lucky he's skinny, because he has to sleep on his side, and can't move at all.:floor:

Thanks dear. But I guess it was pretty funny now that I look back. But, not one I want to repeat anytime soon.
 
DD, I got to tell you this cracked me up. I wasn't laughing at YOU though. Just the situation. Grandkids are wonderful, you can love 'em then send them home, huh? Hope next weekend is better for you!!

I played poker at my friends house. Came home with $52.35. Last weekend I came home with $85.00. I have cleaned out all of there "spare change buckets". I bet they won't invite me over anymore. ;-)

I really did mean for it to be funny--but every word's true too! I was worn out, but am good today.
Hooray for you and your winnings!! Maybe I should take you gambling with me!! :biggrin:
