I don't feel guilty about drinking heavily on Fridays---I need a day off from making excuses.
Now if I could lose this dam Betty Ford Clinic GPS anklet!! I did get a real nice hat at end of the 12 week program. I graduated last in my class because they caught me drinking Windex.
