Thank you!

[Tom Cooper]

I would like to say thank you to all of those who supported our efforts during this campaign. Its has been a long road for all of the candidates, and for most it has come to an end. Now we can get back to a normal life. Its been interesting and educational to say the least, and there is victory in anything you do. We ran a clean and respectable campaign and for that I am proud.
The voters have spoken, and you will have a new Sheriff in Town in 2009. On that note, good luck to all and thanks again.
Tom

Coop,
It was an honor to be a part of your campaign

[Smiling JOe]

Thanks for running, and thanks for running a fair campaign.

[Kurt]

And thanks for participating on this forum. It's been lively and it's not over yet. I hope you continue to post!

I have neglected to personally thank the Members of South Walton Professional Fire Fighters Local 3516, as they played a tremendous role. You are the greatest and the level of service you provided to the Citizens of SoWal is to be commended. Keep up the great work! For those who dont know the efforts that the Members put in the campaign let me tell you. They were at the polls, canvassing businesses, preparing mailers, putting up signs (and taking them down), all on their own time while each could have been spending valuable time with their familys. If you have not been involved in a campaign, its hard work and personally taxing. I am proud to call them members of our campaign team, but most of all, I am proud to call them my friends. You should too.

Thanks for running Tom........I am disappointed, as a lot of folks are, that you didn't get the Sheriff position, however....thank God RJ is leaving. I appreciate your hard work on your campaign and wish you the best as you get on with your life.

Tom the honor is ours. Your fair, honest and forthright demeanor conveys an air of integrity that really makes you stand out among your peers. We are disappointed that we did not win but we are honored to have been at your side in the race. You can count on us to be there with you for whatever is next. You are a class act my friend.

Tom,

Thanks for participating in our local electoral process. Congratulations on the support you received. Job well done! Question, however. As a concerned citizen of Walton County and someone who has experience with our sheriff's office, will you give your thoughts on Adkinson and the Democrat running against him in November? Adkinson, or not?

No Tom

I am not Tom, but I will tell you that your question is very interesting. By your continued ignorant posts and jabs at "the South End" (see Poll Posts) you sure beg the question of whom to support. (I base this on that I believe you are a big time Mike supporter) and you should look to represent him better then your past efforts. Please remember the "party jumper" works for Mike.

Clean up your act if you are going to represent the Republican Candidate.

Thanks, Tom. Hugs to you and Christine.
