ok - here goes:
we got ready to leave about 4:15, and since we play musical vehicles here and my car does NOT leave the garage, mr audie had to start the vehicle moving music. he pulled my crv over behind my car so he could get his avalanche out. goes to back out - dead vehicle. 2 weeks old and dead vehicle - how pissed are we ? he is trying to figure out if he left something on inadvertently or if it is a bad battery or what. so anywho, since i told linda we would pick her up at her hotel, we are now reduced to driving the dog-hauling vehicle. he biatched and moaned the whole way up there - "i can't believe i am driving this thing with 2 new vehicles parked in the garage waaa waaaa waaa" i told him to shut up - at least it started - end of conversation.
i have to say that i think linda and i hit it off right from the start - what an awesome lady she is. believe it or not, we didn't stop talking the whole time we were together ! by the way, she says to tell everyone hi, she had no luck getting a laptop, but is going to be drunk dialing people... i made her a small cooler of margarita and sex on the beach jello shots to keep her occupied ! i just can't get over what a good time we had, it was like we were old friends getting together again..
she had fish, and mr audie and i had dead cow, she had a couple of glasses of wine with dinner and a grand marnier after - i had an apple martini that had what tasted like no apple at all, but boy was it strong ! then i had a long island iced tea - yummy ! after we talked for a while at the restaurant, we took her back to the hotel, and we headed home. we are already making plans to head up her way and meet her around chicago sometime. would like to go see the king tut exhibit.
so that was my evening in a nutshell - 'sup wit ya'll ???
