Apartment Hunting Hell Ugly Sweater--Ladies Large/Mens M

If you are apartment hunting and you arrive at a complex that has a Gnome, Yeti, pissed bear, and a human sized Junebug staring back at you from their respective window sills; leave immediately and settle for the place with the leaky faucets for the same money. I don't care how inviting those move-in gifts look. 'Hello!' claw marks in apartments 2a and 3c. You don't want none of that, sucka.
This sweater is sized as a Ladies Large, but can be sported by a medium guy. It is in great condition.
