i have got a flu shot every year for the last 15 yrs, we get them free at work, and if it's free, i'm there dude..... this past march was the first time i have ever got the actual influenza virus in my life and let me tell you, you do not want it !!! my dr buddies at work told me that even tho i had it, it was a mild case and would've been much worse if i had not received the flu shot....not i understand why it kills the elderly and the already sick in such phenomenal numbers....

I've always heard the same thing too. Many say they get the flu every year, but it's way worse than you could ever imagine. I've never actually had the flu, only flu-like symptoms, which is pretty bad, to say the least.

Yesterday when I decided to go to the health center here at school, I did so because my chest was starting to get congested and because I knew I had a high fever the night before, and so I thought that I had a sinus infection which was turning out to be bronchitis or something...what started to scare me was that my chest was rattling as I inhaled.

YES!!! I hear about Healthy Trinity all the time! I believe I am going to order some. And I'm pretty sure they are not sold in stores.

I buy it in a local organic grocery and a local health food / vitiman shop. You'll need to look in a refrigerated section.

Yesterday when I decided to go to the health center here at school, I did so because my chest was starting to get congested and because I knew I had a high fever the night before, and so I thought that I had a sinus infection which was turning out to be bronchitis or something...what started to scare me was that my chest was rattling as I inhaled.

I had the same symptoms last week - but just a little fever. started out as a bad cold but when it hit my chest and I was wheezing like an asmatic, it was scarey and I hauled my ass to the doc. I had a sinus infection and was coughing my head off with a chest thing too. some serious drugs knocked it out in a day or two, no kidding.

It is worse than the flu because you can develop fatal heart disease!:shock:

Oh yeah Rheumatic Fever. Doesn't it in some cases, depending on the overall health of the infected, progress to Scarlet Fever and then possibly to Rheumatic Fever if it is not treated with anitbiotics.
