The Grape Gourmet at Kitchenique welcomes Jake Purvis 4/13!

Please join us Wednesday, April 13 from 6 - 8pm as Kitchenique is very excited to introduce sommelier Jake Purvis who will be continuing our Grape Gourmet Wine Pairings series. In this class we'll explore the Burgundian wine making style of Keith Rutz of the Russian River Valley Rutz Cellars. ​

We'll sample the award winning Sonoma Cuvee Chardonnay '09 with a Chopped Salad with Garbanzos, Manchego, Almonds and White Balsamic Vinaigrette; '09 Maison Grand Cru Russian River Valley Chardonnay with a traditional New Orleans dish, Chicken Pontalba with Shallot and Tarragon Glaze and Sauce Bernaise; '08 Sonoma Cuvee Pinot Noir with Baked Vegetables Provencal and the '06 Maison Grand Cru Russian River Valley Pinot Noir with Seared Beef with charred Onion, Garlic Tomato and Blue Cheese.​
