The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia...

Well sort of. A squirrel decided to try and cross over some power lines connecting directly to the main transformer outside my condo complex at about 7:00 pm this evening and well...let's just say he is in a better place right now. The juice came back on at about 9:30 this evening, just in time for me to finish up a paper and get on SoWal before bedtime!

I have never been into that kind of stuff. The only thing I really watch on tv are sporting events which is really only college football and MLB, and I will watch The RW/RR Challenges--especially when Coral is on them. By the way Kimmi, have you had the occasion to bump into any of the RW/RR alumni yet?

Do you remember Dave from Road Rules Pacific who dated Cara from Road Rules?

I saw him in Ikea. He is friends with one of my best friends from college. So when I saw him, I called John who knows him. John made me go over to him and give him my phone. So he thought I was totally crazy, but when he realized who was on the phone he didn't think I was such a freak. He was so nice- and hot- as was his friend. I gave him my number, but haven't heard anything. He lives over in Los Feliz though...it's a little far from me.

That is all totally cool. I like Coral, Robin from San Diego, Veronica, and Shane from RR--I met him at UGA. I was an orientation leader one summer and he was there with a group talking about diversity issues.

I feel like the whole crew lives out here. It takes me a minute to recognize celebs...but I DO know I saw Mini-Me come into a bar on a guy's shoulders yesterday. It was quite the sight.

My friend that works for MTV did a shoot with Tyler from Real World Key West and said he was super nice...not an a-hole like on the show. We were supposed to go out with him, but I moved!
