Just north of 30A, and a little East of Basmati's. Lots are about .5 acres.

Can anyone give me an more info on this community? Representative prices for a lot? Is it active (new homes being built?)

Thanks......

Are you working with a Realtor? There are many good ones who can make your purchase go much easier.

No comps in the records, which means listing are likely too high. The lots were selling at 35K in 2001, 6% annual appreciation would make them worth about 60K today. I'd say anything listed over 80K is over priced. You might want to wait for a few sales to go through before you jump.

It is an eclectic place and centrally located, yet with no beach access. I know a few people who live there and like it.

Seems there is usually one or two homes being built at a time. And one that has been under construction for about 10 years.
