because I am selling my house in the Hudson Valley. We go to contract Monday after an inspection on Sunday. Two very motivated buyers who want an early close. Doctors from Mississippi who are pre approved for a 900k or 900m or 900mm mortgage ( take your pick ). So I am selling at the bottom...that is what the market has been waiting for !!! The bell is RINGING !!!

Congrats..but I have two smaller properties I am debating selling and the bottom won't be in until I sell :rofl:. I wish I could believe you and you were the real Jonah but experience has taught me different.
