My squirrels are toting machine guns.
They are really pissed at me right now since I had to stop feeding the birds (and squirrels) out back due to the dogs and their love of birdseed, birds, squirrels, messes, etc. So I moved the birdfeeders to outside the front window, and the squirrels have had to adjust.

I know what you mean. Forever, I had "Ginger" the squirrel in my yard. She(?) would follow me around like a dog and when I was sitting on my little bench weeding, come and crawl up in my lap. But, sadly, Ginger moved on when I adopted the two cats from next door that my neighbor moved off and LEFT!
Now, I don't feed the squirrels or birds since the cats are big hunters.

i have squirels running around in the attic/celing of the house that i rent. told the owner, nothing done. bummer. drives the younger dog crazy, older dog too old to hear. thankfully they haven't gotten into the living area. they're just looking for warmth i guess, since they're not up there when it's warm. no cats.
