They Tell Me There's a Revolution~~~~

Interestingly enough, a few sowallers predicted this several months ago. I was listening to Brian Williams this evening. Across the Nation it seems the energy is priming for a full blown revolution.
 Yowsa!

I elect for protecting Women and Children first.

Seriously, I hope this doesn't occur, but felt we would have a civil uprising. I guess revolutions are rarely civil, are they?

There is that always possibility Linnie...And yes, protect women and children firstly, I totally agree...There is a good chance Texas, Alaska, and South Carolina will seceed from the Union. I will really miss Austin and Charleston. Bummer.

I will stay here because I feel Fla. will be safe for the Socialists, and because Isreal said it would offer armed protection of our Sunshine State in the event that the U.S does , in fact, unravel.

This is simply more fear mongering.

The people saying this haven't actually considered the ramifications. They are simply tired of a black man trying to give them health care. Texas, Alaska, and South Carolina see ya, how's it going to work when they are rationing power or simply have none due to being cut from the power grid? You want to visit us here, those border patrols and fees are gonna be a biatch. I feel sorry for Miss Kitty when they auction off the kitty condo due to her state seceding.

pssst, Alpha Crab, it's "secede." I was corrected a while back - just passing this on before someone gets sideways on you.

Are these the three states really having such issue with this? I didn't know this.

I don't know about a revolution, but I do know that people are angry about not being heard. Average people who have never been active in politics are now upset over all the back room deals and over the top spending. Liberals need to be careful what they ask for because they might get it.

ALL politicians need to figure out pretty damn quick that their current and recent behavior is not going to fly.

The Republicans' little hissy fit and not allowing hearings after 2 pm just put them squarely on the sheet list of millions of people worried about a multi-state natural disaster from the pine beetle epidemic.

"Showing the Democrats" is apparently more important than the jobs provided by the logging, ski, hunting and outdoor industries, the lives of millions of citizens, hundreds of thousands of homes, the trucking artery for most of the Western United States, billions of dollars in potential damage, and our national parks and forests.

Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, South Dakota, Utah, Arizona, are justifiably concerned about the more than 5 million acres (and growing) of dead trees surrounding their homes and businesses.

Too bad politricks was more important than hearings on the issue.

Katrina and Nero fiddling while Rome burned are going to look like good governing if those millions of acres of dead pine trees burst into flame.

And did I mention there is also a drought?
