Beach Lover
This afternoon i parked our street legal low speed vehicle at one seagrove, unloaded my chair and went down to sit on the beach. Two hours later i returned to find my compartments open and my bungy strap gone. Really people? Low life thieves... Too small to call the cops but im just angry that people feel the need to plunder and steal. Note to all - lock everything you dont want taken. I would just hate to "stake out" and bust someone!! So wrong...

Did they take anything, or is it possible they just messing with you for using their beach access while not staying at their condo?

Still let the cops know.

One Seagrove is abpublic beach access. They took a bungee strap which is cheap but its the principal. They plundered in my storage compartments because one was left open. I am a full time resident. This is rediculous.

Everyone needs to be careful. We were at our cottage (Magnolia Cottages) in April and noticed that a few of our window screen frames were bent. A neighbor told us that there have been some kids lurking about who remove the window screens to check to see if windows are unlocked. The neighbor found our screens on the ground and was nice enough to put them back up for us. Kind of scary.

You should report it. It is a felony charge of burglary of a conveyance. You report may corroborate other reports. The condo may have security cameras which could provide evidence to catch and prosecute them.
