I respect Scootiebug's need for privacy at all times, she is not a fame ho like Jaqueline, she is one smart, decent, young lady who is years ahead of the rest of us in terms of knowing the value of keeping her privacy!

I love the internet, especially email, anything Google, bill paying, online banking, and sites like Sowal. 
What I hate are the rapidly escalating privacy and safety issues, blatant misinformation, lack of manners, and high school (or younger) nastiness and bullying.
I had to worry about privacy and safety issues BEFORE the internet, sites like Facebook just escalate the problem.

Don't worry, if big corporations get their way the internet will go back to a very safe and controlled environment like AOL in the beginning.

What's interesting about that video is they used a song from 1999.
It's not like the makers of that video are selling anything. :roll:
Facebook also took their servers out of our South Florida data center 2 months ago. They were under utilized and originally installed in a 24 hour period due to a desperate need for Metro Miami.
