I hope the kid is safe and they get in a hell of a lot of trouble for doing such a horrible job of securing the balloon (and watching their kid).

In happier news, I just saw the cutest puppy ever!!! I ran into Geo and his new baby girl and she is SO adorable!

So the kid isn't in the balloon ........................ which means a 6 year old has been unaccounted for for HOURS.
