I posted this in a new thread, and after it was erased I posted it under the Pelosi HC thread only for it to be erased. This information is disturbing at best and I can't understand why it shouldn't be available in the politics section. The nation only went through an enormous uproar over the Joe Wilson "you lie" comment. What's the deal SoWal Admin?

Personally, I'd be happy if the only politics being discussed on here were local politics. I can get my fill of national crap from national sources. That's right -- I'm in favor of eliminating discussion of national politics on SoWal.com.

I appreciate your criticism, but I find this topic to be completely separate. If accurate, this soundbite details the lie the President told to the American people and his weaselish explanation around it. It might not matter to you, but it does to many others - including 40 Dem's in Congress willing to kill the bill over this point.

I am often tempted, but complete censorship is against my nature. You forget that if a sandbox is not present, extremism, hostility and nuttiness enter the other forums.

Remember you can use the ignore feature, help moderate people who are out of line, and/or refrain from entering this particular forum. Even beaches have sharks and sandspurs. Respectfully show people the door and also use the negative rep people!!!

Much appreciated information and I have no problem complying. The thread and post that included this information (and my thoughts on the topic) did not violate site ettiquette. My title, which I believe was "if true, then disturbing" did violate the thread posting rules to some extent, and for that my apologies, Kurt.

it is an important matter and who cares if its a sound bite? fact is, obama zombies dont want to hear ridicule of their messiah-period. in fact, they would like to silence all with whom they disagree and we see this daily all across the nation.

the sound bite was a good one and one that should be shown. god knows the media isnt doing the job
