Tidewater developer puts remaining units up for sale

Tidewater condominium just announced that the developer is offering his remaining units at 226 ? 229 a square foot. It should be interesting to see if there is a rush of people to buy these units. It is roughly the same price per square foot that Palazzo sold at during the auction.

The developer has some competition because Cabana Cay is having a bulk sale (must buy 10 units or more) priced at $175/sf. Not Gulf front, but directly across the street.

$220K for less than 1,000ft^2 just seems steep to me.

I think these may be a decent buy. We put together two offers today. Not sure they will be accepted but buyer feels like gulf front at this price has his attention.
