Time To Vote !

[Bob Hudson]

Have you voted ? If not now is the time. We need to avoid a further reduction in voter turnout on this important education issue.

Turnout was only 6.1 % in the 2007 Special School Board Referendum Election (passed 84.6%) and 7.88% turnout in 2003 (passed 69.9%) .

Early Voting North----- 115
Early Voting South------ 46

Total-------------161 Early Votes as of 10am today.

There have been 309 absentee ballots requested and 160 returned to date.

Thank you- I voted today.

C'mon South Walton- we need this referendum to pass and we need voter turnout to make it happen. If this referendum fails, it is a huge backslide for our school system, which had been making great strides.
