Australia. And the highs in Sydney were in the low 70s. It's winter there. Everyone (except us) was wearing winter clothes -- heavy coats, boots, etc. For sightseeing we wore shorts and t-shirts. I considered bringing a coat because our hosts were telling us how cold the weather there is.

thanks for the shout out, Kurty! Mr. K and I escaped the hellhole yesterday and landed in Highlands, NC! I am wearing a WC sweatshirt over my pjers (much swankier look than the standard issued bathrobe!). Going hiking to see waterfalls today, but will not forget to say a prayer for all my peeps I left behind in HELL!
