That spot is turning out to be a truly odd conglomeration of civic, residential, and business interests. The kids can go get lunch at bk, a couple scratch offs at the thumb, stop by the bank to deposit their lotto winnings, back into school, then walk home to their apartment.

I don't believe that's a standard bank, I think it's their mortgage department.
