Wanted Trade Log House in Tuscaloosa, football season for beach house in summer

Hi beach bums, I am looking to trade my charming historic log house 1840's on private lake with great fishing 5 minutes to campus, long term available if you like the area. My husband and I are authors and love the beach, but can not afford two houses, nor could we live with ourselves if we did own two houses with all the homeless people now, but we really want some beach time to finish two novels and just see the blue water. We have local references, I hope are good, my cousins own Another Broken Egg Cafes, the Green Bros. Let me know by email if interested.
