Needed Today....Urgent!!!! Transport for 4/30/11 Sat and for 5/1/11 Sunday. We must fill this today or we will lose most if not all of our other 11 volunteers who have already agreed to help with this. Please network for us and contact us asap with all helpful info. We sincerely appreciate your time and effort!
Does anyone know of anyone driving from our area toward or to Chardon, Ohio. We have 11 of 14 legs filled with Voluteer Drivers to transport 5 med/lg size sweet dogs to Chardon Country Kennels. We are missing drivers for 3 of the 14 legs. Please read below. Also, it would be great if we could find someone with a SUV or Large air conditioned transport truck to make the entire trip. A 2nd person would need to ride to coordinate dog walks, etc...Also, we do have a Kennel willing to take them in for an overnight stay.
I am the founder of Seaside Animal Rescue in Seaside, Florida and I assist the Walton County Animal Shelter with Saving Lives.

We are in desperate need to
fiill 3 legs of a 14 leg transport of 5 rescue dogs. Chardon Country Kennels in Chardon, Ohio has agreed to rescue them from our county shelter. We have 11 of the legs filled and just need 3 more legs filled for Sat April 30th, 2011. We need Volunteers to drive 5 medium/lg breed dogs from: DECATUR, AL TO LEWISBURG, TN....about an hour drive
and then from Lewisburg,, TN to Nashville....both of these legs are an hour long and of course we would love for you to fill both legs if possible. We will either need a large SUV or two separate drivers to be able to carry all 5 crates. The next leg is already filled. We will then need help in Kentucky if you or someone you know could network this information to help us
find a Volunteer(s) to drive from Bowling Green, KY to Pleasantville, KY. Also an hour drive. From there we have the rest of the transport filled all the way to the destination. Please

Passengers: 5 med - large dogs. No crates are provided. Ideally, Charmin is a great one to leave loose. He is relaxed in a car and will lay down and sleep. Teaki gets nervous and tries to crawl in your lap while you drive. She would be best crated. Greta should ideally be crated. She's the "miss grumpy pants" of the bunch.

temperament tested. All are housetrained with the exception of Bill. All are
crate trained. Crates will not be provided. We can provide choker collars for
each with a leash.
