Travel routes, us 45 south

I am heading down this week and will be going to Mobile first from St. louis. I was looking at US 45 through Tupilo MS to Mobile, Anyone know about this route?

Yes, I've taken this route only once (from around Oxford,MS on down) but was pleasantly surprised by what a nice, new four-lane it is. It turns into two lanes for about ten or twenty miles when you near Mobile, but the rest of it is great.
