Thanks Lynne! We did have a wonderful time. But.. I come back to find that Jdarg is deserting us? O well. I'd leave the 'Ville for SoWal in half a heartbeat too, if I could!

The 'Ville won't be the same without her. Luckily she'll be just a keyboard away. We could be good friends and offer to oversee the packing and moving. Remember, bend your knees, not your back and drink slowly.

Amylouky, finally read your trip report, sounds like you had a wonderful week. How lucky you were to not have any rain, hope I'm that lucky in 8Days!!! By the way how was the beach area in front of Emerald Hill now?

It was perfect. They've installed a seawall and rebuilt the dune in front of EH. The beach was MUCH higher than last year, and didn't have all the dark whatever (cypress?) that was there last year. It was clean, white, and beautiful. Have a great trip!
