I have been a wee bit worried about the early warm weather and water temps.

The 2012 Atlantic Hurricane Season doesn’t officially start until June 1st but already we have the first Tropical Storm of the year, it’s Alberto.

Alberto is earliest-forming tropical storm in the Atlantic Basin since Ana in 2003. This is also the first time that a tropical storm has formed before the official start of the hurricane season in both the Atlantic and east Pacific basins.

Better this weekend than over the Memorial Day holiday.

I've been very concerned with the warm weather and am very concerned about this season's storm possibilities. That's the last thing this area and country for that matter needs.

No need to panic... don't we have to wait until the media lets us know it's time to panic? Between the presidential election, the collapse of the European Union, and end of civilization, according to the Mayans (now extinct, by the way) I think a good, clean Cat 3 would be kind of a welcomed diversion. Ya think?
