Hey W.U. -- I might be interested in registering (can't get enough SoWal), but think it's only fair that we be able to view the message board first to see what's going on. I guess you have figure whether you want it to be more of a private club or something that's open to all. The last thing I want to do is send my email or name or any other info to someone without knowing what I am getting into. Open it up, please!

I think you are neither. You just have not received enough junk emails to piss you off enough to lie about unmeaningful data.

My Yahoo account, which I have had for a long time, does a pretty good job of filtering out spam to a bulk mail account, which I just empty after a quick scroll-through. I really should know better than to use my real name or phone number -- should get better at making stuff up.

The only time I might use them is if the undercurrent is updated, so if you aren't interested in knowing that, put whatever you want. Since I'm not selling anything, you're not likely to hear from me.

It is just supposed to be fun.

As to the type of people it will attract, well if you're familiar with the undercurrent - people seem to either love it or hate it. I imagine the board would attract more of the type that love it, and if you think those people are "weird," well, there you go.

I LOVE the Undercurrent. If I need a cheerup- I read "A Small Place in the Sun" (hope I didn't butcher it too bad). Too funny. You've been around long enough. I trust you.
