Oh it's easy.
Most files will end in a .jpg so they can't be over 195k.
1.) Click on the go advanced button.
2.) Scroll down and click the manage attachments button.
3.) Click browse, locate the file and click okay or open.
4.) Once you fill up the file list click upload (could take a minute or two).
5.) Close the window and click on submit reply.
The photos will be enclosed in the new post.

I think I installed it as a screen saver on Bobby Sue's laptop...
