Unique Grocery Store to open

New posts
I sent this link to sarafunn the other day. Must go visit next trip to Austin!

I had to read the article to understand.. "100% zero packaging?? how do you get the food home??? Is it a big pot of soup or something?" Now I get it! Interesting idea.

I know. It's kind of hard to wrap your head around. I would drive to Austin just to see it.

Very interesting. I don't know that I would be able to shop there because of the prep/packages needed. Produce and dry items like rice or pasta I could do easily, but eggs, liquids, and meats are a whole new level.

..Hard to envision this. I will definitely have to check it out!

The packaging size and placement in the supermarket seems so important to companies, I wonder how the marketers will fight this out if this kind of store were to become popular?

It would be much easier if it was like a propane exchange - where you come in to shop and trade your empty for a full. That would work well for items like milk IMO.
