It could be the same kid. I am not sure how much of the picture is photoshopped, but I have seen the little boy dressed in just about every SEC schools garb except Vandy's.

Very good eye, skunky. Now I see the jacket is very wrinkled where the nicely flat "G" is positioned. I think I also see a UF Gator faintly coming through.
