Are you sure they're unmarked? The Beach Patrol trucks look almost unmarked if you miss the little sign on the door. I know that Beach Patrol is working traffic.

They aren't beach trucks. I saw one the other day in Miramar with someone pulled over.

not beach patrol unless they have started driving black/dark green or brown pick-ups with no markings visible..

I would hope everyone is being careful out there with or without cops being present. I know what you meant but I think it's funny that most people (including me) have no problem telling people to be careful to not get caught IF you are breaking the law, and not telling them to obey the law. I am guilty of this too but its kinda odd for people who typically agree that laws should be followed.

I believe that the Sheriff's department will still not use unmarked cars to pull people over at night.

So if an unmarked car tries to pull you over at night (especially in PW or you are female) call dispatch at 850-892-8111.

Actually come to think of it I do remember an unmarked white truck with Law Enforcement lights in it during the oil spill, but even it had a BCC ID on the drivers side door.

Ladies do not stop for these unmarked vehicles unless you are in a lighted place. Just slow down and drive to a safe place, preferably where other people are. If you have a cell phone call the sheriff's office dispach at 8920-8111 to ask if it is one of the LEO's
