The Walton County TDC’s Beach Operations Department will begin renovations to 10 select Neighborhood Beach Accesses in the Seagrove Beach and Seacrest Beach communities starting the week of February 28, 2019. Renovations will include new deck boards, new handrails, and new structural components as warranted.
The construction projects will be completed in phases of 3 or 4 boardwalks at a time in effort to minimize access closure to any particular beach area where projects are scheduled. Construction phases are expected to take approximately 30 days each and are scheduled for beach accesses that are determined to have reached the end of their service life due to normal wear and tear.

- Ramsgate (complete replacement)
- Sugar Dunes (complete replacement)
- Gulf Lake Beach Estates (renovation)
- Seabreeze (renovation)
- Seacrest Dr. (renovation)
- Wall St. (complete replacement)
