We switched to Oceanside Beach Rentals once we saw what an improvement our friend's place had in guests returning and leaving great reviews. We were stuck between paying another year with a vacation management company that seemed to care more about money and their own bottom line, then the care of our guests or my property... or trying something new and I am glad that we switched!! If anyone is looking for a great vacation management company then you should at least talk with the owners and managers of Oceanside Beach Rentals. www.30abeachrentals.net Give it a try. Mention Lisa.
