Oversee is looking for someone to join their Guest Services team. This position will be responsible for helping build, guide and refine the reservation system. They will be responsible for bookings. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, a strong communicator, phone savvy, fluid on a computer, business-conscious, and loves talking with potential guests, homeowners and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Autonomous / Self Directed - Has the confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed
•Attention to Detail - Successfully manages many small tasks / can start and stop
•Adaptable and Flexible - Is able to complete tasks in a changing environment
•Interpersonal Communications - Communicates clearly both in written and verbal format
•Time Management - Is able to triage and prioritize both day to day and longer term projects
•Results Focused - Works as hard and long as needed to achieve results
•Professional Appearance - Presents a professional and polished look
•Technical Skills - Is knowledgeable with VR Industry software (Escapia)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
•High School Diploma or GED required.
•College degree preferred
•3-5 years business experience
•1-2 years reservation / sales experience
•Familiar with using Microsoft Office Products, VR Industry software (Escapia)
•Ability to use arithmetic skills, calculator by touch to accurately complete work and calculations
REQUIREMENTS
•Must have reliable transportation
•Must have personal cell phone
•Ability to work flexible hours
