Interested in some property in village at blue mountain beach. Noticed some negative comments from a year ago. Does anyone know if it has improved?? Any comments would be helpful.
 
The owners have recently taken over the Association from the developer and are trying to make everything better a little bit at a time. It will take some time, but it is making strides.
 
there has been little improvement at the village. the infrastructure has some real issues, such as collapsing sidewalks, and a giant hole at the top of one court where the concrete/asphalt has collapsed. someone just brought in a pre-built house, which is actually adorable, and is trying to sell it as a spec. i suspect many of the lots are in foreclosure, as are some of the homes. it would be wonderful if someone would just take over the development and finish it off. of course, with all the real estate speculation, there are many subdivisions in this position.
