I have two studios at the Village of South Walton. They have a small kitchenette, queen sleeper and queen bed, full bathroom, located right next to Rosemary Beach! Community pools, parking space, shopping and restaurants nearby!
Long term: We are wanting a quiet, single person, great history of employment, clean background, and no pets, no smoking. Or a quiet couple with the same.
