We saw the Johnny Cash movie last night and it was great..very entertaining. The actors were wonderful. Neither sang before the movie but you would never know. By the way they lit the Christmas tree at Destin Commons and it is beautiful. Everyone should go and see it !
We went as a family on Thanksgiving and all enjoyed it. very well done. It brought back childhood memories as my parents listened to a lot of counrty music. This is sad, but it was the first movie my husband and I had seen in a theatre since Forrest Gump....guess that makes us card carrying zzzzteam members. :funn: However it was such a good time that we plan on going as a family during CHristmas so our status maybe changing.
Star sighting....Nora Jones sat two rows in front of us. She is tiny!
Ditto on WALK THE LINE!! Seems to appeal to lots of folks. Very entertaining!
My husband will never forget waaaay back sometime in the 70's he had taken our son (who was around 4-5) into a Krystal in Hendersonville, TN early one morning for breakfast and Johnny, June, and (I believe also) their son was in line behind them. My husband heard THAT VOICE and sort of wheeled around and he was so impressed with how NICE and friendly they were!! That was the only Johnny Cash sighting we had in all our years here in Nashville area but it was memorable and positive!! I'm going to have to start getting out more....over Thanksgiving Keith Urban & Nichole Kidman had quite a few local sightings!! It sure pays to keep the eyes open around here!!
