Walton BCC Trying to Figure Out How to Spend TDC money

On the agenda at the next BCC meeting:
Request for approval of a 7 month contract for $38,000 to DMO Proz Home for a study on how the TDC should spend its money.

Something tells me the study will advise them to expand the geographic reach of their TV ad campaigns into more “departure to ECP” market$! Cause tourism and local businesses are “struggling” in the area! (Despite the traffic and 2-hour restaurant waits)

How about they spend ALL their money on this CU battle and KEEP MY MONEY out of it. As this CU battle ensues, we`ll see our taxes increase so it can be funded. As Sara Commander quoted " I`m willing to spend 40 mil to fight this battle ". Sure hope she is opening up her purse. I`d like to have an option for my taxes to opt out of the CU battle.
