Always room in the tent for people of differing opinions. Personally, I love all my neighbors, democrats, republicans, libertarians, does not matter to me, as long as they participate in the process.

In recent previous elections, Okaloosa Republicans utilized the better funded GOP party in Walton. Phone banks and VIP receptions were also in Walton County. Not sure if that will happen this time around. Available funds and organization are not at the level they were in 2000 and 2004. Will be interesting to see who opens up anything, anywhere and for how long. If the Democrats want to make a difference, they need to get some candidates and have primary action. If not, most of the elections will be over with the upcoming primary. It will be over before most people realize it has even started. A real conversation on the issues will not happen.
