The latest real estate report for June 2016 includes statistics for single family homes, townhomes, and condos in Walton County, Florida. Single family closed sales were up 10% for June compared to the same month last year. The percentage of closed sales paid in cash was up a sizeable 20%. Inventory was up 5%. Median sales price was up 11%.
