Can’t say I agree. They must called out on every stupid move or everything will be dismissed just like trump’s shenanigans.

Agree. It seems DeSantis is attempting to bankrupt public education or at least favor charter schools which are curiously exempt from most of this nonsense.
It’s ironic DeSantis chose to sign the misnamed “Don’t Say Gay” bill in a charter school that enjoys a special status while he pretends to be horrified Disney has one.

This is entirely out of the GQP play book, no real issues go for the easy targets. They've done this forever and they're playing their golden oldies; abortion, gays are bad, women should be subjugated, etc.
