Walton Gulf View

[Bobby J]

Great house. Great price. What kind of bug?

Very clever.... but... Just got an offer and worked it to contract. Effective 9pm on 1/24/2008. Looks like no bug eating on this one. Wow, we only had about 30 more days.

UNDER Contract! Thanks SoWaL!

Another home with an A location and an A price = contract

I really like this home. It is on Walton Gulf View, MLS # 474343. The home rents pretty good and it has a pool with beach access just across the street. We reduced it to $399,000 and seem to be getting a lot of calls and showings. From the driveway you can see the water. The road is elevated and provides views unlike many other roads off of 30A. A second story or a tower would be incredible! If you would like more details please call or check it out online @ www.lifeonshore.com or www.beachpropertiesofflorida.com

Thanks

Bobby, I have always been fond of the green house next to the beach access It always looks empty

Camp Creek Kid - Can you get the phone # for that house? Is that the access for the Cottages? We've stayed there at our friends home before. Love that area. Thanks for your help!
